Who owns the website?
If you buy once, the site, domain and all accounts are in your name. On a monthly rental, we hold the hosting and licence while you rent; you can switch to buying it outright later.
What does it cost from year two?
Each package card shows its renewal price. For example, Starter and Business sites renew at ৳3,899 a year from year two (domain + hosting).
How do I pay?
By bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. We send each bill as a link that shows the amount and how to pay.
How long does a site take?
It depends on the package and when we receive your text and photos. We give you a firm date before we start.
What if I'm late paying a rental bill?
We remind you before and on the due date. The site stays live for 7 days after it. If the bill is still unpaid, the site pauses; no data is deleted, and it comes back as soon as you pay.
Can you get me to #1 on Google?
Nobody can honestly promise that, because Google decides rankings. We do set work every month and show in a report where your keywords stand.
Do I pay my ad budget to you?
You don't have to. Pay Meta straight from your bKash and we charge only our monthly fee. Or pay through us at ৳155 per dollar, with the full budget paid in advance.
What happens when the chatbot reaches its monthly limit?
We alert you at 80%. At the limit, the bot sends a fixed message and tells your team. You can add 500 more replies for ৳499; nothing is billed automatically.
Can I change packages later?
Yes. You can move up a package or add a service at any time.
I already have a site. Can you redesign it?
Yes, redesigns start at ৳5,699. We look at your current site and give you a fixed price.
