Who these terms cover
These terms apply between WebShetu and every customer who buys a service from us. Ordering a package or paying a first invoice means you accept them.
Prices and payment
All prices are in taka and published on this site. One-time websites are paid 50% when work starts and 50% before the site goes live. Monthly services are billed in advance each month.
Published prices are reviewed once a year. We give 30 days' notice of any change, and your current term or prepaid period keeps its existing price.
One-time websites
You supply text and photos. Each package includes two rounds of changes; more rounds are charged at the published add-on price. Once paid in full, the site, domain and related accounts are handed over in your name.
After year one, the published renewal fee keeps the domain and hosting running. Without renewal, the domain may expire.
Monthly rental websites and licence
Monthly-subscription websites operate under an active service licence. The site requires a valid licence issued by WebShetu to function. If the subscription is unpaid beyond a 7-day grace period after the due date, the site, including its admin login, will enter a suspended state and stop serving until renewed. Removing or disabling the licence component will cause the site to stop functioning. No customer data is deleted during suspension; full service resumes on renewal. This applies regardless of where the site is hosted.
The minimum rental term is 6 months. While you rent, WebShetu holds the hosting, domain management and licence. You can later buy the site outright at the matching one-time package price.
SEO, ads and chatbot
SEO packages define each month's work; no specific Google position is guaranteed. SEO Basic has a 3-month minimum term and SEO Growth a 6-month minimum.
You can pay ad budgets directly to Meta, or through us in dollars at the rate published on this site, paid in full in advance. Either way, our monthly management fee is separate. Each chatbot plan includes a set number of AI replies a month; going over never triggers an automatic charge. Meta bills WhatsApp message fees to you directly.
Your responsibilities
The text, images and product information you provide must be lawful and yours to use. Our services may not be used for anything illegal or deceptive.
Liability and law
Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the service concerned in the previous 3 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
