Sign, then pay instalments online
Sign the agreement with a 30% down payment. The rest goes in monthly instalments over up to 36 months, paid on the website.
Follow the work, get the keys
See your instalments and the construction progress on the website. Once all is paid the deed is registered, then you get the keys.

Who pays for registration, and how much?
