How do I pay?
Pay the starting rate on the site by bKash, Nagad or card when you book, or cash after the work. Any extra is agreed first and paid at the end.
Is there a charge just for a visit?
No visit charge if you go ahead with the job. If we only inspect and quote, the visit charge is ৳200.
What if the problem comes back?
If the same job fails within 30 days we fix it again with no labour charge. You pay only for any new parts.
How fast can you come in an emergency?
For a burst pipe or an electrical fault, choose 'Urgent' when you book. If a technician is free we send one within the hour, and the site shows who is coming.
