The connection charge is ৳1,000, paid once and online after the survey. Your own router will work, or you can buy one from us.
How do I pay my bill?
Enter your customer ID on the site and pay by bKash, Nagad or card; the receipt comes by SMS. Cash is accepted at the office counter too.
Can I move the line to a new home?
Yes, if the new address is inside our coverage. Shifting costs ৳500, and 2–3 days' notice helps.
What if my speed is slow?
Restart your router first. If it's still slow, call 01700-000000 and we'll send a technician if needed.
