What patients ask
Is the booking fee refundable?
The ৳500 booking fee is your check-up fee. Up to 6 hours before your slot, use the SMS link to move it, or cancel for a refund.
Can I pay in instalments?
Braces and larger treatments can be paid in stages. Each instalment can be paid on the site by bKash, Nagad or card.
Does a root canal hurt a lot?
The area is numbed first, so you feel little during treatment. Mild soreness for a day or two afterwards is normal.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We keep extra time for children, so please book online ahead.
Can I come without booking?
Yes, after patients who booked online. For sudden pain, call first and we'll try to fit you in.
