How do I book a doctor?
Choose the doctor and date on the site and pay the fee; your serial number comes by SMS at once. Booking is open at any hour.
How do I pay?
Doctor's fees and test bills can be paid on the site by bKash, Nagad or card. Cash is accepted at the counter and on home collection too.
When will I get my report?
Most are on the site within 24 hours, with a link by SMS. A few special tests take 2–3 days, shown when you book.
Which tests need fasting?
Fasting blood sugar and lipid profile need 8–10 hours without food. Water is fine.
Can I do tests prescribed by another doctor?
Yes. Upload a photo of the prescription when you book a home collection, or bring it with you.
